The Oholei Torah Rabbinical Campus is not simply an expansion of space. It is the creation of the first comprehensive higher learning campus for the global Chabad Lubavitch movement, a home for a bochur from Mesivta graduation until his chuppah, with learning, guidance, structure, mentorship, and leadership development.
